我們以此命名是希望在推動與影像有關的工作上，保持熱誠不滅，發光發熱精神！以多角度去創作、策劃及推廣不同的計劃項目，提供平台讓不同人士接觸、認識和參與藝術和文化的機會。
The Chinese name of our Institution 「賽璐珞」, derives from the English term “CELLULOID” – historically known to be the very first type of material used in producing photographic film – characterized for its flammable and pliable properties.
The reason why we used this term to form our Chinese name is to wish our journey in promoting image and arts be filled with glowing and endless passion, and we hope to use multiple angles to create and plan different projects, and offer a platform for people from various backgrounds to experience, study and participate in arts and culture.
